All products purchased through the Digital Spirits website may be returned only under the following conditions:
  • product is damaged, (other than shipping damage)
  • fails to function upon arrival
  • no longer wanted (a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping will be charged and the product is sent back complete in its original packaging, with all associated documentation)
  • Accompanied by a "Return Authorization Number" (available by e-mailing contact@digitalspirits.com) Please state the nature of the request and the original invoice number.

The customer is responsible for paying the freight cost back to Digital Spirits. This charge may be credited back to the customer after inspection.

Support for any product purchased through the Digital Spirits website is supplied by the manufacturer. (In some cases a support fee may be charged.)
