How to Insert A Hyperlink into Your Article:

To add a hyperlink to your article, highlight and copy the code below,
paste it into notepad - DO NOT paste it into 'Word'
then change the text of the URL to your hyperlink address - 2X's for a Targeted Hyperlink
or 1X for a Non-Targeted Hyperlink

AND change the text in the 'Link Name' to whatever you want your link to read
THEN . . . copy the hyplerlink code you changed in notepad, and paste it into your article text area.

1) Targeted Hyperlink Code = Once clicked on, this link will open in a new window, so your visitor now has your site open, and the linked site/file you provided with your hyperlink is open as well.

Copy the code below:

<a href="http://www.yourURL.com" target="http://www.yourURL.com">Link Name</a>

For Example:

<a href="http://www.digitalspirits.com" target="http://www.digitalspirits.com">Digital Spirits Inc.</a>

This means a new browser will open when this hyperlink is clicked on. This is beneficial to those of you who would like to offer more information based on setting the hyperlink, but it keeps the website the visitor was at, open. In other words they don't leave your website to go to another one, they have yours and the hyperlinked site open at the same time.

The hyperlink will look and work like this once you have saved your Article:

Digital Spirits Inc.

2)Non-Targeted Hyperlink Code = Once clicked on, this link will take the visitor directly to the links' address, thus leaving the website they were currently at. The visitor will have to click on their 'Back' button to return to the site they were originally at.

Copy the code below:

<a href="http://www.yourURL.com" >Link Name</a>

For Example:

<a href="http://www.digitalspirits.com" >Digital Spirits Inc.</a>

This means they will leave the site they are currently at, to go to the hyperlinked address.

The hyperlink will look and work like this once you have saved your Article:

The hyperlink will look and work like this once you have saved your Article:

Digital Spirits Inc.

Themes: All websites must have a theme. There are many themes available with new themes added often. We ask that you acknowledge the themes named after a business, as they were generated solely for that specific business, and refrain from using them as your theme background. To view available Design Themes see: "Theme Selection"

To get additional help on loading your company logo see: "Working with Images"
