Adding or Editing Your Articles, News, Events & Photos

Here you can modify headline,
author, publish date, article text, photos, and photo
captions.
Note:
For subscribers with multiple “Websites”,
make
sure you select the appropriate “Website” from the drop
down menu.
Add articles for all events, meetings or any news that your
Business/Team may require.
There is 1 news article displayed on each "News"
page. (This is also your home page.)
Click the 'older articles'
link to view older articles. All news articles and
associated photos are stored for the duration of your annual
subscription. You may also edit and delete any articles at
any time.
At the end of the subscription year your website will be moved to an "Archived" location on
our server where Internet users can access historical data.
There are restrictions on the amount of text and image
sizes to ensure the proper look and function of your
website. An error message will appear at the top of the 'Edit/Add
Articles,News, Events & Photos' page
if you exceed the following restrictions: Website ID: For owners with one Website, this field
will be filled in. For owners with multiple Websites,
select the corresponding ID to where the file is to be
uploaded.

Formatted text, text within a table, will not
display in a formatted manner if copied and pasted into the
article text area. To achieve this,
the document can be saved as an image, .gif or .jpeg, and
uploaded as a photo, always add in a caption, or the image
will not display. |

Every photo must have a caption or it will not
display. So if you choose to remove a photo,
simply remove the "Photo Caption". |

The actual
area set aside for photos is
700 pixels wide x
900 pixels high, however, when saving an image
some image formatting programs can add a couple
of pixels to the image size, without your
knowledge.
We
recommend that you save your image/s slightly
smaller (by 2 pixels, width & height).
If
the image you're saving extends the allotted area for the
logo, it will not load or display.

e-mail addresses or any other personal information. |

After you have edited your information, scroll to the bottom
of the page and click on 'Save Changes/Add New Article'.
