at the left on the 'Edit/Add Documents Information'
page. All form fields must be completed. There are
restrictions on the amount of text you can enter. An error
message will appear at the top of the 'Edit/Add Documents
Information' page if you exceed these restrictions.
Website ID: For owners with one Website, this field
will be filled in. For owners with multiple Websites,
select the corresponding ID to where the file is to be
uploaded.
